Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free standard tracked shipping on all orders throughout the UK.

1. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days.

  • Standard UK Delivery: 6–10 business days.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can track your package directly through our website at any time.

3. Split Shipments

To ensure you get your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be dispatched separately in different packages at no extra cost to you.

4. Custom and Duty Charges

All orders delivered within the UK include VAT. There are no hidden fees or extra import duties upon delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your training gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, undergarments or opened water bottles cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours at [seu-email@sualoja.co.uk] with photos or a short video showing the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at [seu-email@sualoja.co.uk] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and the designated return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service. (Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty).

4. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
